On the Road!!!

I miss Hawaii...This next week is crazy!!! We are going to k-falls to hang with the family this weekend. Then we are coming home to work Mon-Tue, heading back to k-falls wed, coming home on Thur(xmas), Alex and I both work Friday, and then Saturday going back to k-falls to pick up Tanner. The one day the entire school sch. that they are closed and we both have to work. Well I guess writing it out helps me realize that all the driving is worth it because each trip we will see different families. Well off to sleep, Alex says that we are leaving at 4am. PS we are taking the dogs, who saw me back their own suitcase and are wild!! I pray that everyone traveling tomorrow is safe getting to their destination. Did I forget the detail that there is a blizzard warning....

You know you a red neck when...

My friends back home, would die if they could have seen us last Sunday!!!! Tanner is getting into hunting, and he so he decided that he wanted to go hunting. Grandpa gave Alex a gun for Tanner when he was born! So with that said it was 18* and we went out "shooting." I about froze my ho-ha off, but Tanner and Alex loved it.

Gingerbread Houses

Hey there well this has been a busy week as we are getting ready to go be with my family!!! Something that Tanner does is make gingerbread houses, but this year we didnt have his christmas party, we did them at home with just the Dickson's. Tanner didnt eat near as much candy as last year, each year he keeps getting better. Here are the pics..

NO NO NO

Well folks there will be no pics with this post!!! We all have the flu. And I mean all..Tanner got sick on Sunday, then Alex and I got sick on Wed, and now grandma is sick on We are talking a WEEK of a nasty bug. I was so sick, i turned the phone off, and just tried to sleep it off. This is the first time i have tempted to make contact with the outside world. Eww.. Enough of that...

So I am so excited cause the weather is saying snow. I can not believe that Redmond will actually get get 3-5 inches of snow, but i will be happy with an inch or two. OK well making this post has made me feel a little productive.

More Hawaii...

OK so my plan was to blog sooner and post more pictures. Even though Hawaii is over, i miss it each day, and tanner talks about something from the trip daily. We both had so much fun, but we both missed Alex. Next year he is coming with us.

Anyways we sat at the pool, did some shopping, and Tanner's favorite thing was going to the beach. We spent 5 days at the beach and Tanner met a friend from Alaska. His name was Ethan and he was so cute. They made a monster truck track everyday in the sand and rode the waves on the rafts. Tanner did so go swimming in the pool and the ocean. He left his jacket on the whole time just in case.

Every morning on the way to breakfast Tanner wanted to look at the animals that lived at the Hilton. I mean these animals were not lock to anything they would just walk around next to you.Well we are off to an xmas party. Happy Holiday!!!
